What to Expect from Start to Finish When Shopping with Creative Carpet & Flooring

Step 1: Enter the Creative Carpet & Flooring Showroom. (We have two!)
Mission: Go from thousands of choices to 2-3 options rights for you.
Once you walk into our showroom, you will be greeted by one of Creative Carpet & Flooring's knowledgeable Flooring Consultants. The first ten to fifteen minutes are spent asking you a few questions to narrow down about ten to twenty products from thousands. We’ll go a little further and fine-tune these questions and look at a few products to narrow down your selection to about two or three options.
Step 2: Schedule measurement appointment.
Mission: Get a quote.
We will take your information and some notes to put into our system so you do not have to go through this entire process again when you return. We will also set up a measurement date and send you home with samples for the selection process.
Our estimator typically arrives within an hour arrival window on the day of the measure. He will create a diagram of the work to be done, add any job notes needed and obtain pictures of the job site. The estimator typically turns in the job information and returns any samples to the consultant that same day.
Your flooring consultant then gets busy figuring out your job layout, quantity, labor, etc., and creates appropriate quotes for the product(s) you selected. You should expect an email or phone call within 1-2 business days after the measure with your quotes. Though we strive to get a quote to you quickly, same-day quotes are not always possible. After you receive your quote and you are still not sure which product you would like, sample swatches can be ordered and sent to you to finalize your selection.
Step 3: Choose your flooring.
Mission: Get it right! Finalize your design within your budget.
Once you have selected a product, your flooring consultant will verify the proposal for accuracy. The proposal is then signed, and a payment or deposit is made. The order is sent to a team member to verify the layout and quantity are correct prior to ordering. This process typically happens the same day after the order sign-off. The order is then placed, and the receiving info is sent to one of our coordinators, who will call you within two business days to schedule the installation and/or delivery date.
Step 4: Schedule your installation.
Mission: Pick a time that’s right for you - even a weekend day.
We typically call you within two business days to schedule your installation appointment. Prior to this installation, you will receive an email and or phone call reminding you of the install date and time.
Your installation team will arrive at your home within a 2-hour window. The installer will perform any necessary tasks to complete the work on your order. This includes moving furniture within reason. After the installation, we will leave your home in a clean manner, free from scraps and debris.
After your installation, you can expect a call within 1 to 2 business days to make sure the installation was to your satisfaction. Any balance that was not paid to the installers will be run on the credit card we have on file for you.
Step 5: Enjoy your flooring and tell your friends.
