He was extremely knowledgable and explained the difference between carpet fibers, wear ratings, and warranties, along with answering all of our questions with patience and professionalism. He never made us feel as though we were taking up too much of his time and his friendly nature made for a nice shopping experience. Mark showed us carpet samples within our budget and never tried to make a "more expensive" carpet seem "better". We carpeted our entire house and couldn't be happier!
